Hiring and Training Grants

D & A McLaughlin will help you prepare hiring and training grants for new employees or in-house employees who want to further their skills whether you need to upgrade your software platforms, cross-train employees or simply train new staff.

 

The programs available are through Emploi Quebec.  Your company will receive grants for up to 70% of the salary of a new employee through Programme PRIIME, for the integration of visible minorities or persons in Canada for less than 5 years. 

 

Also, Emploi Quebec has the Integration Grant which pays up to 50% of salaries for qualified and technical workers who are looking for work in their particular field of work but have been laid off or terminated. Emploi Quebec also offers the lucrative Mesure de Formation grants that reimburse companies for up to 50% of hours wages and $150/hour for qualified trainers, consultants and software implementation.  Basically, there is an Emploi Quebec grant available for all of your labour hiring and training needs.
